Diamond K's Training

Here at Diamond K Kennels, we believe in a training program that is catered to each dog’s strengths and weaknesses. Dogs, like people, all have their own personality. Like humans, certain dogs will progress quicker and require new challenges. Comparable to what happens in many classrooms, I am the teacher and it is my responsibility to make sure no one is left behind and that nobody gets bored.

Gun Dog Training—A dog that has completed the gun dog training program will be a turn-key dog. Load him/her up and go hunting!

•Introduction to Birds

•Introduction to Marked Retrieves

*Program can be modified to fit your hunting preference: Waterfowl, Upland, or Both.

EFFECTIVE 08/01/2022: $862.13 (tax included) per month includes food (VICTOR Purpose Performance) & training.
Bird fees, travel fees, handling fees, transportion fee to hunt test, and entry fees for hunt tests are the responsibility of the client (dog owner).

Retriever Training—Dogs in this program would be working toward achieving AKC and APLA hunt test titles.

Birds: Chukar, Quail, Pigeons, live Ducks & Pheasants -- Price is determined by cost from bird supplier.
Hunt Test Handling: Fee $50
Hunt Test Transportation: Fee $75

Up to date vaccinations, along with heart worm preventative and Flea and Tick killer required.
